Configuration Guide for Registration at the VEEDEEO Cloud Gatekeeper

Connect your Huawei® TE Series video systems to the Cloud Video Gateway and have borderless video meetings with external parties.

VEEDEEO enables you to easily connect your HUAWEI® video conferencing systems to the cloud and unleash the full potential of your video rooms to have simple point-to-point video calls or multipoint video meetings with anyone in the world.

By registering your video systems in the VEEDEEO cloud you don't need any other intermediate hardware or infrastructure to have internal and external video calls, reducing complexity and infrastructure costs.

This guide covers Huawei® TE Series video conferencing systems, models TE10, TE20 and TE30.

General Settings

Please consider the following settings under System Settings

1 Set the Default Call Rate to 1920 Kbps > Conference > Default Call > Rate = 1920
2 Set the Default Call Protocol > Conference > Default Call Protocol = SIP or H323
3 Turn Encryption Off or Auto > System Settings > Security > Encryption = Off / Auto
4 Disable NAT > System Settings > Network > Firewall > Use NAT > Disable

H323 Registration

Please consider the following settings under System Settings

2 Set Gatekeeper registration to manual > Network > H.323/SIP Settings > GK Registration Mode = manual

4 Set H323 Ids > Network > H.323/SIP Settings > E.164 = Video Number
